I read every enquiry myself. You will hear from me within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Anything that arrives over the weekend is answered on the next business day.

The first conversation is a chat, not a sales call

We start with a conversation about your family. Who is travelling, what each of them needs, how you like to move through a day, and what you want this holiday to feel like. It is a chat about your family, not a quote.

There is nothing to prepare

You do not need dates, a budget or a destination settled before we talk. Bring whatever you have, even if that is only a rough idea and a school holiday period. Working out the rest is my job.

A plan follows within a few days

After we talk I shape options around what you have told me, and you will have something to look at within a few days. We adjust from there until it fits your family.
